Fertility is the natural ability of the body to conceive. There are some natural ways women can improve their fertility by changing their eating habits.
    1. Go Green
Especially spinach, but also other dark, leafy greens are great sources of iron and folate.
  • Iron is really  important for your cycle, mostly during menstruation, supports ovulation & healthy egg development
  • Folate helps avoid pregnancy complications, improves brain, heart,  & neural tube development of the baby.
     2.  Full-Fat Diary
A Harward study shows that women who ate full-fat diary products, included whole milk, ice cream, cream cheese, and other cheeses were less likely to experience problems with ovulation.
  • Diary is rich in satured  fat, which is beneficial for fertility
  •  Good source of vitamins, including vitamins A, E, D, and K.
    3.  Beans and Lentils
Beans and lentils are a perfect source of fiber & folate, both of which can also serve as a great source of protein for vegetarians and vegans. How does it help fertility? Simply by getting rid of excess hormones in the body.
  • Fiber keeps your digestive tract functioning properly
  • Folate  is essential for the development of red blood cells DNA production & cell division.

    5.  Oysters
Oysters They are appearing on almost every fertility food list. Why is it so? They are basically packed with fertility-boosting nutrients.
